The EcoSaw Firewood Processors have been designed as part of our ‘Ecological Timber Waste Management’ tools.  Recovery of timber waste from forests, jungles, plantations, farms, road and building clearing, etc, etc, as an income instead of a timber production cost.  The EcoSaw Firewood Processor is a small-scale commercial unit that can be transported to the work site by any vehicle with a 2,000kg towing capacity.  

The EcoSaw Firewood Processor is constructed from 304 Grade Stainless Steel for long life, high strength, and low maintenance.  The EcoSaw Firewood Processor is engineered for reliability, ease of maintenance and readily availability of parts.  It is designed to pass rigorous safety standards. 

The EcoSaw Firewood Processor has distinct advantages over other firewood processing systems: 

 v      Transportable on purpose built trailer. 

 v      One person operated. 

 v      NO manual lifting of logs.  Log is simply rolled onto the log lift and then hydraulically lifted into place.  The log lift then acts as a guard cage to prevent objects entering the working area. 

 v      Set-up or pack up in just a few minutes. 

 v      Maximum log diameter of 400mm or weight of 1,000kg. 

 v      Designed for both hardwoods and softwoods. 

 v      Interchangeable spliterheads for different firewood sizes. 

 v      Log length of up to 4m with no problems.  Extensions available for longer logs. 

 v      Can be setup on uneven ground. 

 v      The output conveyor belt can be raised or lowered and rotated through 270°. 

 v      Firewood lengths can be preset from 200mm to 350mm.
